Please read this disclaimer carefully. It applies to all Airsuite products, including AirMan, AirStream, AirRace and ARX9.
Not a certified safety system
Airsuite products are not certified flight recorders, certified accident recorders or mandated safety systems. They are not a substitute for mandated equipment, official procedures, pilot judgement or regulatory safety systems, and must not be relied upon as such.
Pilot responsibility
The pilot in command remains solely responsible for the safe conduct of every flight, for compliance with all applicable regulations, and for the use of required equipment and procedures. Information provided by Airsuite is supplementary and must not be used as a primary source for flight-critical decisions.
Availability and accuracy
Availability of position, video, telemetry and other data depends on connectivity, hardware status, configuration, storage settings and subscription plan. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Do not rely on it where its absence or inaccuracy could affect safety.
ARX9 hardware and certification
ARX9 is currently positioned for experimental, glider, ultralight and non-certified use cases depending on jurisdiction. Installation in certified aircraft may require approval by the relevant aviation authority and is subject to the applicable certification and installation path. ARX9 is not presented as a certified primary flight instrument unless and until such certification is obtained.
