Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the Airsuite website and products. Airsuite is currently offered on an early-access basis; features, availability and pricing may change.
Use of the service
You agree to use Airsuite lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service. Access to certain products may require an account, a subscription, hardware and/or an agreement with your organisation.
Early access
During early access, the products are provided as-is and may change, be limited or be interrupted. We do not guarantee that any specific feature, target specification or roadmap item will be delivered in any particular form or timeframe.
Accounts and organisations
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Where you use Airsuite through an organisation, that organisation’s settings and agreement also apply.
Subscriptions, hardware and billing
Paid plans, ARX9 hardware contributions and managed-service fees are described at /pricing and confirmed at purchase. Indicative prices may exclude VAT, hardware, connectivity, onboarding, installation and optional support unless stated.
Aviation safety
Airsuite is not a certified flight recorder or a mandated safety system and does not replace official equipment, procedures, pilot judgement or regulatory requirements. See the Aviation Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
The Airsuite name, brand and software are owned by Airsuite and its licensors. You retain rights to your own data; we receive only the rights needed to operate the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Airsuite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
