Security at Airsuite

Airsuite handles aircraft, operational and personal data, so security is designed in from the start. This page describes our approach. It does not claim any specific certification.
Our approach
- Role-based access control, so people see only what their role allows.
- Encryption of data in transit using current TLS standards.
- Logical separation of each organisation’s data.
- Least-privilege access for our team and providers.
- EU-first data handling, with subprocessors under contract.
What we do not claim
Airsuite does not currently claim ISO 27001, SOC 2 or completed third-party penetration testing. We will publish such certifications here only once they are genuinely in place.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us at hello@airsuite.eu with details so we can investigate. Please do not publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable chance to respond.
